We have added 9 new classes from today, from Strength & Conditioning, Thai Boxing, BJJ & the new Bootcamp for all levels every Sunday at 10:30. Strength & Conditioning – All Levels – Monday to Friday Thai Boxing, K1 & Kick Boxing – All Levels – Saturday 13:30 to 14:30 Boot Camp – All Levels – Sunday 10:30 to 11:30
